Dual tandem submerged-arc welding

Leita Steel describes a beam welding line using dual tandem SAW, automatic flange straightening and web alignment to improve penetration, deposition rate and dimensional consistency.

Fabrication is only useful when the steel reaches site in sequence.

Leita Steel publishes logistics capacity of 800 tonnes per month, supported by truck tractors, rigid trucks, multi-axle trailers, a 40 t low-bed and an extendable trailer.
