Turnkey structural steel

One delivery chain.
Six critical stages.

Design, detail draughting, fabrication, corrosion protection, transport and erection — organised around how a steel project actually moves.

Project route

Fewer handoffs. Clearer accountability.

Leita Steel publishes a turnkey service from inception through erection. The redesigned structure makes that sequence explicit instead of presenting capability as one long service list.

01–02

Design & detail draughting

Advanced 3D detailing is integrated with Leita Steel’s automated production ecosystem, supporting control from procurement through installation and commissioning.

03

Structural fabrication

Fabrication covers structural steel for factories, warehouses, mine and plant structures, power stations, commercial buildings and large engineered frames.

03A

Plate girders & beams

Automated plate preparation and tandem submerged-arc beam welding support I, H, tapered, cruciform and box beam forms within published dimensional limits.

04

Corrosion protection

Dedicated preparation and pre-assembly space, with in-process inspection and coordination of corrosion-protection requirements before dispatch.

05

Transport

Leita Steel’s logistics department publishes capacity for 800 tonnes of quality-controlled steelwork per month with its own truck and trailer fleet.

06

Erection & installation

Installation and erection teams publish capability of 1,000 tonnes per month, supported by crane resources up to 120 tonnes.

What can be fabricated?
